I will send items in 1-3 business days. If there is any delay I will contact the buyer with an amended delivery date.
Parcels are shipped via An Post Standard Delivery. All parcels are insured for the purchase price, so if there is any damage in shipping the buyer should return the unused, damaged item for a refund or replacement.
All customs fees or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
I hope you are happy with your item, however, if for any reason you are not happy or your item has been damaged in shipping, please return your unused purchase for a replacement or refund of the purchase price.
COURSES
To confirm a place on a course it must be booked and paid for, in full, through this website unless otherwise stated. A course is not booked unless full payment has been received in advance, even if a date has been agreed.
Sometimes I run courses at venues where they run the booking and payment for courses. If this is the case then I will put a link to their booking page on the course description. Please follow this link to book a place.
If you are unable to attend a course please let me know as soon as possible as they are popular and the space can always be given to someone else.
I recommend that customers please obtain their own personal insurance to cover costs in case you are unable to attend the course for any reason e.g. Illness, including covid, government restrictions, missed travel, bereavements etc.
I cannot offer a refund if you cancel within 28 days of the event taking place. This is in order to care for my energy in organising and running the programme with deliberately small numbers, as well as due to the fact that otherwise this place could have been offered to someone else.
If you cancel over 28 days of the event start date, I can refund you 50% of the course fee.
If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to find a suitable person to take your place. Please contact me if you intend to do this. (Not available on all courses).
Although highly unlikely, we reserve the right to change or cancel any programme if deemed necessary. If we cancel due to severely bad weather and if it is deemed unsafe to go outside due to high winds or extreme weather, we will offer an alternative date for everyone to attend. If you cannot attend this date, you will be refunded you money.
If the event needs to be cancelled due to Government restrictons, you will be offered an alternative date to attend. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will be offered a full refund of your money.
If you fail to turn up for a course at all then 100% of the course fee will be kept by Wood Monkey
